LyoDry Production Freeze Dryer is ideally suited to pharmaceutical, clean room, freeze drying. The largest in the LyoDry range of Freeze Dryers, with the same features and benefits but on a production scale, this model enables large scale, controllable freeze drying of bulk samples in a single cycle.
Freezing, primary and secondary drying, end point determination, backfill and stoppering sequences are controlled by a central processor unit. This allows complex pressure and temperature profiles to be controlled accurately and reproducibly, without operator intervention.​

A through-the-wall configuration ensures that all machinery can be located away from the user interface in a separate plant room, an essential feature if you are operating in a clean room environment. Commonly available component parts ensure a long life and ease of maintenance.​​

Using the latest technology in vacuum, refrigeration and control, the LyoDry Production Freeze Dryer provides unrivalled product protection and operator interfacing. A full system mimic on the touch screen display provides a user friendly interface, giving a clear indication of system status.

LyoDry Production Freeze Dryer is fully automated with data logging, real time and historical analysis, audit trail, optional remote view and endpoint determination.

Comprehensive alarms and security configuration with password protected user accounts provide secure, reliable and reproducible freeze drying for a wide range of sample types.
EXTERNAL PLANT ROOM
All machinery can be located away from the user interface in a separate plant room via a through-the-wall configuration, ideal if you are operating in a clean room environment.

​​LyoDry Production freeze dryer comprises a stainless steel, rectangular drying chamber, which holds up to 42 shelves, temperature controlled ±60°C.
​
Each individual shelf measures 600mm x 680mm with a surface area of 0.4m², providing a total surface area of 16.8m² if all 42 shelves are utilised.​
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
MechaTech Systems' Freeze dryers are fully assembled and Factory Acceptance Tested before shipment. Installation, commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing can be undertaken in the presence of the client.

Commonly available component parts ensure a long life and ease of maintenance. Maintenance contracts can be provided.
